How do I book an appointment?

Do you accept walk-ins?

While walk-ins are welcome based on stylist availability, we highly recommend making an appointment to ensure you get the stylist and service time that fits your schedule. This is especially important for color, extensions, and weekend appointments.
What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules so we can offer the slot to another guest.
Do you offer consultations?

Yes. Color and extension consultations are complimentary. Book a 15- or 30-minute consult online or call the salon to schedule one.

We offer a full range of hair services including precision haircuts, coloring, styling, blowouts, hair extensions, keratin and smoothing treatments, makeup application, and grooming services for men and women.
Do you specialize in certain hair coloring techniques?

Yes. Our stylists excel in balayage, partial and full highlights, single process color, gray blending, fashion and vivid colors, toners, and high-shine glazes. We use premium products for vibrant, long-lasting results.
Can I get a blowout or styling for a special event?

Absolutely. We offer blowouts and custom styling services that are perfect for weddings, proms, special occasions, and everyday polish.
Do you offer makeup application services?

Yes. We offer professional makeup application services for special events, bridal parties, and everyday looks.
Do you offer grooming services for men?

Yes. We specialize in precision clipper work, fades, and classic scissor techniques for adults, ensuring a sharp, clean, and professional finish every time.
What age groups do you service?

We cater to women and men, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming experience for everyone.

Hair Color and Treatments

What color brands and products do you use?

We use L’Oréal Inoa, Kevin Murphy, Pulp Riot (including their vivid colors), Redken Shades, Olaplex bond-builders, K18 molecular repair, and Shine Bomb gloss. All premium professional products.
How long does color last?

Single-process color typically refreshes every 4 to 6 weeks. Balayage and highlights can stretch 8 to 12 weeks with proper home care.
What are K18 and Olaplex treatments?

K18 and Olaplex are advanced molecular treatments that repair and strengthen hair from the inside out, providing deep conditioning and restoring damaged hair to its healthiest state.
Do you offer smoothing or keratin treatments?

Yes. We offer Kerapod smoothing treatments and Cezanne hair smoothing to reduce frizz and add long-lasting shine and manageability.

Hair Extensions

What extension methods do you offer?

We offer Great Lengths extensions, tape-ins, hand-tied wefts, K-tip, and beaded wefts. We use premium methods and high-quality extensions to add length, volume, and style while ensuring a seamless blend.
How do I know which extension method is right for me?

Book a complimentary extension consultation. During the session we will discuss your hair goals, assess your hair health, and recommend the best method and color match for you.

Why are prices listed as a range?

Prices vary by stylist level and by your hair's length, density, and the complexity of the service. During your consultation, your stylist will give you a clear quote before any work begins.
What products do you carry?

We carry Kevin Murphy, Pulp Riot, and Theurgy Hair Care (our owner Lea's own toxin-free, cruelty-free product line). All of our products are professional-grade and available for purchase in the salon.
